The Roof Is On Fire, an Aries blend.

We’ve blended a centering, cooling, and grounding tea for Aries. We hope it bolsters the best of the trail blazing, headstrong, get-it-going traits of this cardinal fire sign. The blend takes its name from the song by Rock Master Scott & the Dynamic Three.

Hibiscus, Lemon balm, Nettle, Wood betony, Yarrow, Gingko, Ginger

Aries, as the first sign of the zodiac, also rules the bodily domains of the head, skull and Cerebro-Spinal system and some of the muscular system. When the balance shifts with an Aries we will likely see pattern of excess, heat and inflammation.

So here we have the tasty and pretty cooling hibiscus and lemon balm, with the mineral and protein rich nettles to support the muscular system. Wood betony moves from the brain down the body while yarrow governs the blood and can help to cinch up some patterns of excess by bringing it all in to the core. And finally we have the panacea effect of gingko biloba, though it’s mostly known for its affinity to the brain. And finally ginger, our profuse and tasty anti-inflammatory ally.
