The formulation includes tulsi to lift the spirits & nourish the mind; plantain to heal internally & externally helping to join the body, mind, & spirit; mugwort to promote flying; juniper berry to sharpen the senses; jamaica dogwood to release pain & clam the body; calamus to open the minds eye & strengthen the yang; and blue cornflower for clairvoyance & spiritual vision.
